To provide some preliminary guidance to individuals looking to incorporate an Alberta company with the legal assistance of Neufeld Legal P.C., we have providing the following outline of the base costs associated with incorporating. Nevertheless, it should be remembered that these are merely the base costs, with additional legal work, registrations and professional support incurring further costs that you will be responsible for and will not be covered in the base costs. For this reason, it is important that the following chart be viewed merely as a starting point from which additional work will incur additional costs and expenses. + Beyond the base incorporation are such matters as licensing, foreign registrations, unanimous shareholder agreements, legal consultations, amongst a range of contracts and legal advice. There are a range other costs that will also be potentially incurred, including annual renewals, registered office services, etc.
* Standard hourly legal rate of lawyer Christopher Neufeld for work beyond the base incorporation work is $400 per hour, plus applicable taxes, disbursements and other charges.
